Is there a way re-stream or add a rss feed.

Example every hour to play a news feed from another website, then turn off when the audio is over.

Currently it is not possible to play remote streams in PlayIt Live but there is a feature request here where you can vote to show your support: https://www.playitsoftware.com/Support/FeatureRequests/44/News
