PlayIt Software Support

I have a presenter who has compiled their own libary in the PlayItVoiceTrack software. They have now lost access to the network folder where they used to store their files. 

I know how to do this within PlayItLive but how do I go about achieving this within the VoiceTrack app? I need to change the path from the old network path to the new network path.

I've been able to update the SQLite database records to the new path. The files are showing the correct path in the right hand pane but the audio is blank when dragging across to the log. It is showing the intro markers though.

I've checked the settings xml and updated that too. It's a google drive if that's relevant? Where I've updated the path in the PIVT files, they are working great. I feel I'm really close, and just missing something really simple.
