Plugins are locked to computer to prevent plugins from being shared across multiple users. If you have a genuine plugin transfer request please email support@playitsoftware.com with the new computer name and I'll have it transferred.

We have changed the on ait pc, logged in to our account where we have bought the Now Playing plugin. But when I go in to plugins and get plugins, I have to pay for it again ? Cant I transfer the one we have allready bought to this pc ? Its still the same user.
