Importing Fixed Time Markers from a Scott Studios Log SS32

I've been reading the User Guide,

and would like to know more on importing Scott Studios Logs (SS32)

I particular curious on how an entry should be structured for Fixed Time Markers,

or other special event entries, URLs etc
