PlayIt Live freezes at startup ("Loading Initialising On Air States 17%"

Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with PlayIt Live — the program stops loading at “Loading Initialising On Air States (17%)” and then closes automatically.
Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix it? I’ve already tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the software, but the problem still occurs.
